Abstract	The intelligentization of civil engineering construction management has become the only way in this era. The 3D model has been widely used in the construction industry, smart cities and other diverse research results have been found in this territory. However, the application of three-dimensional model for construction and management work in a way. The experimental results are not popular. Many construction workers still rely on traditional construction drawings to carry out construction. This research explores how to popularize the application of BIM 3D visualization model to help the construction direction and the research results of this system. The aim of this research is to develop an integrated management platform of BIM technology, which is based on the research of front-end data collection, BIM model display, background monitoring of environment equipment. To achieve environmental equipment modeling and control technology, improve the efficiency of the use of BIM. © 2021 IEEE.
