Abstract	In order to solve the problems encountered in the construction industry and improve the competitiveness of the construction industry in the world, BIM technology has emerged. BIM technology brings the construction industry into the field of information technology. Therefore, this paper aims to establish a scientific and practical project performance evaluation system for construction companies based on the use of BIM technology in the construction phase to measure and evaluate the changes in the project management, economic efficiency, and other aspects of BIM technology used by construction companies. Based on the methods of function modeling, data modeling and process modeling, BIM evolutionary model and digital integrated delivery process are established. Different data sources are integrated and classified by classification and coding system, and the BIM model of operation and maintenance is obtained through data reorganization and optimization of the model. Operation and maintenance BIM model can be better compatible with facility management information system and improve the efficiency and efficiency of operation and maintenance management. © 2020 IEEE.
