Abstract	This chapter delves into the integration of AI technologies in creating cities that are more efficient, sustainable, and attuned to the needs of their residents. Through AI-powered traffic management systems and utilities, we explore the contributions of AI to urban planning and the enhancement of life quality. Examining initiatives like Dubai's Smart City and Saudi Arabia's Neom project provides insight into the potential of AI to improve services, security, and governance. Additionally, the chapter navigates through challenges such as privacy concerns and infrastructure development, alongside the economic implications of transitioning toward AI-enhanced urban environments.
