Abstract In the current scenario of climatic change conditions, natural calamities, and pandemic catastrophes, it is essential to remodel our towns into sustainable, flexible, powerful, and comfortable metropolises. Guarantee of smart and sustainable urban development is essential to our expanding needs for non-renewable resources, manufactured product, energy, nourishment, conveyance, protection, and effective waste disposal management, while protecting non-renewable resources along with the environment, is necessary for future life, growth, and development. Digitalization is one of global trends. It includes globalization, population change, and environmental change that are reshaping policies from the ground level.
