Abstract At the moment, Internet of Things technologies are widely used in industry, in the design of smart cities and digital twins. Due to the limited amount of computing resources on local mobile devices, cloud and edge computing technologies are widely used. This article provides an overview of algorithms based on game theory and reinforcement learning needed to solve the problem of offloading the system. © 2023 IEEE.
