Abstract	Smart cities are urban areas that leverage advanced technology and data analytics to enhance the quality of life for residents, improve sustainability, and optimize the efficiency of urban services. The goal of a smart city is to create an interconnected environment where various systems such as transportation, energy, water management, and public safety communicate and share data to make informed decisions. These system not only enhance operational efficiency but also support sustainable development by optimizing energy usage and reducing environmental impact. The ability to test ad refine strategies before implementation minimizes risks and costs, ensuring more informed decision-making.
