Abstract This research focuses on future 5G high-speed wireless internet things application antenna designed and validated at 39.0GH-n260 narrow bandwidth. The single-port square-patch radiates EM wave is printed on an FR4 substrate with a thickness of 1.0mm and dimension of 7.4 mm × 6.2 mm occupying operational bandwidth of 37.77GHz-40.39GHz. The proposed antenna also offers a net impedance of (49.49- j0.73)O with a peak-gain39.0GHz of 3.56dB and radiation-efficiency39.0GHz of 72.68%. The four-port version MIMO39.0GHz antenna with EM energy offers an impedance bandwidth of 37.68GHz-40.06GHz with a wider beamwidth radiation pattern including high diversity performance with ECC39.0GHz/DG39.0GHz/TARC39.0GHz/CCL39.0GHz corresponding to 4.07x10-5/10.0dB/-15.62dB/0.01b/s/Hz respectively within wireless technologies. © 2023 IEEE.
