Abstract	Urban-city administrators are proceeding on smart applications with the fully integrated IoT-artificial intelligence analytics explication assists intelligent-safer workstation, immediate happenstance response, disaster control management including smart electricity, trash, air and water allowing them to produce more prominent levels of flexibility, yielding, sustainability and profitability. Though smart city notion is gradually developing and yet not established all over the world owing to economical, technological, and administrating blockades.
