Abstract	With the updating of network information, the Internet of Things and new media technologies have become rapidly developing high-tech. They are a new information technology turning point on the basis of computer Internet and mobile communication technology. Internet of Things technology can accurately study and analyze the data of middle and high cities in modern cities so as to satisfy people's demand for information and data as much as possible. New media technologies accelerate the speed of information dissemination, improve people's quality of life, and create a new service mode has accelerated the pace of urbanization and laid a solid foundation for the construction of a smart city. © 2024 IEEE.
