Abstract Eine urbane Utopie wird Wirklichkeit - durch technologische und organisatorische Transformation. Dazu müssen Städte in Bezug auf Daten von der Erzeuger-Perspektive in die Nutzer-Perspektive kommen. Unterstützt wird das Ganze unter anderem durch eine Self-Service-Plattform als Infrastruktur sowie Datenkompetenz in jedem Geschäftsbereich einer Stadt.
