Abstract The purpose of this work is to address problems with the waste management plans implemented by municipalities. Losses in critical areas of the economy and environment may result from the primary issues with the waste collection method and strategy. Practical field trips and mathematical modeling simulations were used to find a solution to the problems at hand. This integrated solution uses IoT and ICT to enable dynamic Real-Time waste collection by management system that makes use of communication algorithms, routing algorithms, and wireless waste bins.The outcomes demonstrate a dynamic system that runs using a novel mathematical formulation and cutting-edge wireless communication methods. A proposed system of this type can be optimized. © 2022 IEEE.
