Abstract In this era, many applications and devices with latest technology support are growing rapidly because of less energy consumption and easy design of particular device and application. Internet has an important role in developing latest technology, brilliant and effective systems with the internet of things (IoT) eg- smart home, smart city, smart grid and ehealth care system etc. Internet of things (IoT) makes digital and improved healthcare system for patients and doctors. It can be easily accessed from anywhere and anytime remotely. It is essential to screen different restorative parameters and post operational parameters. Internet of things (IoT) is utilized to get the patient's therapeutic measurement in the nearby areas and remotely accessible zone IoT techniques adjusted. In this paper, we are using remote healthcare service system by using modern information technology and the latest developments in communication, as well as remote physiological measurement technology. By methods for coordinated terminal gear programming and enhanced social insurance modules, remote medicinal services benefit framework is intended to give "free wellbeing administrations" and "remote long haul human services administrations" through an entire "remote social insurance data stage" working instrument. This paper would support the real time health monitoring for elder citizens and peoples in the rural areas, facing many difficulties to do health checkup. Some health information we will collect through the sensors, it will be stored to the local server. In case of emergency, doctors, patients and practitioner can connect with each other through an application. Patients can consult from specialist doctor remotely. Here, we are developing an healthcare monitoring device and application, will surely improve the healthcare monitoring of elderly peoples and peoples in rural areas. © 2019 by Advance Scientific Research.
