Abstract In the context of rapid economic and social development, human production activities are also increasing. Intelligent surveying and mapping technology and means have achieved great development. The popularization and application of new surveying and mapping equipment has produced a large number of geospatial data. The traditional static spatial data has been gradually replaced by geospatial big data, and has become an important form of geographic information socialization. The space-time big data and cloud platform of smart city can make the space-time information penetrate into all aspects of urban development and people's life. It is the "cornerstone" of smart city. For government data and personnel, you can provide support for data space, operation data and sensing data, and make use of the space-time big data and big data analysis function of cloud platform to meet the needs of various business departments. This paper adopts the method of association rules. Data mining is a new subject and has broad application prospects. Therefore, it has attracted many scholars to study it.
