| Abstract | Urban Energy Internet is the concrete practice of Energy Internet on the city side, and it is also the core to ensure the reliable and efficient operation of Smart City. In the world, many cities have taken the lead in exploring the development model of Urban Energy Internet. This paper starts with the concept of the Urban Energy Internet, proposes that the Urban Energy Internet is a 'three-dimensional integrated' smart energy system. We clarify the main characteristics of the Urban Energy Internet and analyze the relationship between the Urban Energy Internet and the Smart City. At last, we look forward to the future development of the Urban Energy Internet. All these researches are of great significance to built the modern energy system and the Smart City. © 2021 IEEE. |
