Abstract Intelligent Mobility - means the area in the (smart city), in which the mobility process takes place, on a large scale, components that traditionally include not only the transport of goods and people, but also the use of digital means for, dissemination of information. Where smart mobility plays the main role in connecting all the city's resources - (goods, people and information) in a clearer and easier way, and the fastest way to know the level of development in smart cities, from this perspective, because communication is continuous with every visitor and resident. Where this research deals with the systems of smart transportation and the details of those systems, in addition to studying cases and previous experiences of smart systems that were applied in three cities on three different continents, and the purpose of all of this is to study the possibility of developing the traditional transportation system in the traditional Iraqi city to be a smart system by taking advantage of the The available resources, and a traditional city center was chosen (the center of the city of Kadhimiya in the capital, Baghdad) that has a purpose and because the region has distinct characteristics and qualities, where the possibility of implementing those smart systems in it will be studied and the effective role of smart management in this area in addition to knowing the possibility of implementing them The area and the most important conclusions from the study and recommendations that help in the success of the experiment. © 2022 American Institute of Physics Inc..
