Abstract	As the inevitable result of further precise urban management, smart community is an innovative model for community management based on rapid development of information technology. Its development can be concluded as three stages: procurement usage of smart products and establishment on smart platform as well as the standard system of smart community; however, there are three disadvantages of this model in its development, i.e. lack of platforms for real-time data sharing, no wide engagement of the public and integrated planning. Therefore, in this paper, top priority will be given to the building of big data center, wide participation of related groups and sound planning of integrated service platform for smart community. © 2020 IEEE.
