| Abstract | With the development of society and the acceleration of urbanisation, the innovative concept and practice of smart cities have been widely promoted. The construction of smart communities is an important part of smart city construction and an inheritance, development and implementation of the smart city concept. However, China's intelligent community construction has not yet formed a unified information management platform, community services can not achieve a high degree of intelligence, it is difficult to meet the growing multi-level and diversified needs of community residents living services. Therefore, based on the rapidly developing information technology of Internet of Things and computer application technology, this paper designs and develops a intelligent community management information system in order to improve the management of community services, achieve efficient management of intelligent communities, improve the quality of life of community residents, and achieve the goal of "five types" of communities that are liveable, safe, healthy, civilised and harmonious, providing a regional demonstration for the construction of smart cities with the community as the unit, and advancing the development process of China's socialist modernisation. © 2022 SPIE |
