Abstract	A new age of creativity and efficiency across several disciplines has begun as a result of the confluence of cloud computing, the Internet of Things (IoT), and artificial intelligence (AI). The emergence of intelligent systems that harness the capabilities of networked gadgets, cloud infrastructure, and powerful AI algorithms may be attributed to this transformative synergy. We have explored the plethora of applications, difficulties, and design frameworks of these intelligent systems in-depth in our thorough investigation. The influence of AI has been observed in several sectors, such as healthcare, manufacturing, smart cities, transportation, agriculture, and countless other domains. These platforms facilitate data-driven decision-making, optimize procedures, and improve our overall quality of life. Nevertheless, these technologies also present several obstacles concerning safeguarding data privacy, ensuring security, achieving scalability, upholding ethical standards, and promoting environmental sustainability. We have given a strategy framework that takes into account technology choice, data governance, security precautions, ethical concerns, and ongoing development to handle these issues.
