Abstract In Smart Cities, vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) communication has been found to be the best way to cut down on traffic accidents. A lot of different wireless communication methods are used by the Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) to exchange data (ITS). Because there will be a lot of cars on the road, there will be a lot of accidents. Li-Fi (Light-Fidelity), which uses light-fidelity technology to send and receive data quickly and reliably between cars, is becoming more and more popular. Using Li-Fi in-vehicle communications could be a cheap way to communicate that has a high data rate and a lot of bandwidth efficiency. © 2022 IEEE.
