Abstract In recent years, wetland park, road greenway and other garden projects have sprung up. As an important architectural form, garden landscape engineering plays an important role in building a variety of environments that people need. Practice has also fully proved that the landscaping and landscape construction management of smart cities can play a positive role in promoting the social and economic development and urbanization progress of the region. Therefore, this paper studies and designs the smart city (SC) landscape management system (MS) based on machine learning algorithm (MLA). Firstly, it analyzes the application principles of smart system in urban landscape planning and design and the design requirements of smart Park operation and maintenance management information system; Then the MLA is proposed, and the SC landscape MS is analyzed and constructed; Finally, through the comparative analysis with the traditional landscape MS, the test results show that the MLA proposed in this paper applied to the SC landscape MS design has higher accuracy and recall rate than the traditional MS in energy consumption management, noise management, meteorological management, emergency management, monitoring management and so on; It verifies the rationality of applying the MLA proposed in this paper to the SC landscape MS, which is of great significance to the landscape information management. © 2022 IEEE.
