Abstract A smart waste management system is implemented with two models of smart dustbins and a mobile application. The dustbins have features like AI segregation, automatic open-close mechanism, level display, and odor detection. The mobile app enables communication between workers, officials, and the public for efficient waste collection. The system utilizes IoT technology for automation and sustainability. It promotes recycling, offers real-time tracking, and enhances worker coordination. The smart fleet management system ensures efficient waste collection, with real-time updates for workers and the ability to report issues.
