Abstract New era technologies impose the use of up-to-date technological solutions. The fifth-generation on-based technology appliances are commonly provided by a variety of third-party providers; accordingly, their software would be imposing difficult to connect and communicate with all of them considering the diversification of their software and this in terms of security. Here, the Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) are the stunning actors in the smart cities of tomorrow. Thus, this research is presenting a solved technology where the coupled IoT with the AI is giving birth to a new Human success upon successful scanning, search, sorting, prioritizing, predicting, and regressing algorithms applied in this research paper to introduce novelty that increases the efficiency of the current cloud-based smart-parking systems and develops an architecture on a network based on both; the IoT and the AI. Through this research and in this paper, we propose a system that guides and helps end users to automate the parking activity; starting with solving the priority cases presented with full customized interaction, then smart cognitive technology to find a free parking space based on the priority metrics to calculate the user parking cost to each car parking. This cost will be used to offer a solution of finding an available parking space upon a request by the user and a solution of suggesting a new car park if the current car park is full. The simulation results show that the algorithm helps improve the probability of successful parking and minimizes the user waiting time [1]. At the end, successful implementation of the system as a solution in the real world. © 2022 IEEE.
