| Abstract |
The development of smart industries and cities is expected to have profound effects, and the rapid advancement of smart gadgets may cause safety and security problems. In order to increase training and learning opportunities while simultaneously addressing the considerable challenges that educational institutions will face, higher education 4.0 will make use of modern technologies.
