Abstract	In the scope of smart cities, the service approach from whatever economy sector, it is very important because all the inhabitants of the cities day by day are demanded more and more services in order to increase the life quality. In fact, this paper is focused on the intelligent mobility approach ( using Intelligent Transportation Systems - ITS and Internet of Things - IoT scopes) specially based on the bikes sharing system has offer a new alternative of transportation that it is not harmful with the environment and it has great benefits to a progressive society. In Bogota, Colombia there exists many issues with the public transportation systems that are not enough to cover the traffic demand of the city, specially, on the last mile. This paper contributes with an ITS and IoT solution that generate a smart city scenario where the citizens and the administration authority can take advantage of from our tool to the development of an alternative transportation system based on bike specifically.
