Abstract	Recently, the concept of smart cities has gained a IoT of popularity. Because of the growth of the Internet of Things(IoT), the idea of a smart city today seems feasible. Ongoing research on the Internet of Things is being done to improve the effectiveness and dependability of urban infrastructure. Road safety issues, parking shortages, and traffic congestion are among the issues that the Internet of Things is being used to address. In this work, author present a cloud- integrated Internet of Things-based smart parking system. The placement of an IoT on the property is required for the proposed smart parking system in order to track the availability of each specific parking space. Additionally, a smartphone app is provided to assist customers in determining parking availability. © 2023 IEEE.
