The chapter also assesses the infusion of ICT into other critical infrastructure in Lagos in a way to better understand the potentials and efforts made in making Lagos a smart city. The study, however, concluded that with the ongoing efforts of the government of Lagos State, the metropolis is fast growing in developing its smart city foundation and infrastructural growth. © Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2017.
