Abstract	Smart City is an emerging interdisciplinary research field. They refer to the continuous development of social, technological, economic, and political factors, which provide opportunities for the continuous refinement of the concept of smart city. Many cities throughout the globe are planning projects or strategies aimed at implementing smart solutions. There is no effective reference model that can be used to construct obvious roadways for smart cities, despite the fact that there are many successful instances. This is due to the fact that cities are living entities with a great number of variables and different sectors of action, among other things. Therefore, Therefore, the analysis is done to summarize the present state for understanding the notion of smart cities and propose communication platform for developing it. © 2024 Author(s).
