Abstract With the development of travel industry, there is an increasing demand for high-quality tourism services. However, there are problems such as the lack of individuation in tourism recommendation services and generalization in tour route planning. In order to solve these problems, this paper first collects data and proposes the concept of tourism personality and its classification based on tourist portraits. Then, it tests the “tourism personality” for users. Next, it constructs a tourism resource database based on tourism resource portrait and big data analysis. Finally, it plans tour routes and time arrangements rationally based on the bipartite graph by using the depth-first search (DFS) and breadth-first search (BFS) algorithms. Combining the four aspects of meals, living, traveling, shopping and accommodation, it generates an integrated and personalized intelligent tourism recommendation algorithm and implements the algorithm through an APP called “Zhi Lv Hui You”. This algorithm providing high-quality and comprehensive customized tourism services for tourists and promoting the process of intelligent tourism and smart city construction. © Beijing Paike Culture Commu.
