| Abstract | Government-society joint venture mode (PPP mode) can solve the problems of capital shortage and government financial pressure in the construction process of smart cities. At the national level, the application of PPP mode in smart city construction projects is vigorously promoted. Based on this, this paper studies the operation and management mechanism of the PPP mode of smart city construction projects. In this paper, case analysis and quantitative analysis are adopted to illustrate the operation and management mechanism of the PPP mode of smart city construction projects. Through analysis, the feasibility and practicability of PPP model in smart city construction project management are illustrated. The innovation point and main contribution of this paper is to analyze the applicability and significance of using PPP mode in smart city construction projects, and to design the overall framework of PPP model for smart city construction projects. This paper puts forward the operation mechanism of the PPP model for smart city construction projects, and illustrates the implementation idea of promoting the PPP model for smart city construction projects with a classic case, which provides reference for the development of smart city construction projects. © 2021, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG. |
