Abstract	As a new urbanization development model in the information age, smart city not only provides convenient public services for the citizens, but also improves the efficiency of government affairs. At the same time, using cloud computing to achieve scientific governance has become a new perspective of a new urban governance model. This paper constructs a smart city management model based on cloud computing technology, analyze the problems of smart city management based on cloud computing, and provide strategies from four aspects: constructing information security system, improving smart city data resource integration system, escalating cloud computing service system, cultivating cloud computing technical talents. © 2022 IEEE.
