| Abstract | The intellectualization is an inevitable trend of urban development, and communities are the landing point for the future urban development and renewal. However, nowadays, the so-called “smart” communities are named “smart” but without actual intelligence. The research mainly focuses on the evaluation of community governance, paying less attention to residents' perception of the use of the community space environment and service facilities as well as their actual needs. This research takes the first batch of smart communities in Xi'an as empirical objects, obtaining objective and subjective evaluation data through questionnaire surveys, field interviews, and data analysis. Based on the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive analysis method, the evaluation data of the importance, satisfaction, and intelligence of the spatial environment service facilities in Xi'an communities are obtained, and the spatial environment and service facilities of the communities are evaluated through the IPA analysis method. © 2024 12th International Symposium on Project Management, ISPM 2024.
