| Abstract |
As the cloud computing and the Internet of Things (IoT) rise, community management is moving towards the path of intelligence, and smart communities have become the focus of great attention of the state and society. The purpose of this paper is to study the construction of a two-way interactive platform based on artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms to realize the effective communication between the intelligent terminal and the server. This platform is based on big data to conduct personalized analysis of a large number of users, and store and classify the obtained large amount of information. Through various technological means, there is a need to achieve big data interaction and automatic management of cloud computing. Finally, this article tested the performance of the smart community cloud service platform, and the test results are as follows: the platform processing data takes 4 seconds, 4 seconds, 5 seconds, 4 seconds, 6 seconds, 5 seconds, 4 seconds, 5 seconds, and 5 seconds respectively; the resource utilization rate of its platform is within 5%; the stability of the platform remains above 80%. © 2023 IEEE. |
