Abstract This paper presents an information-centric wireless sensor network-based ecosystem for smart-city applications based on a scheme that achieves efficient and reliable caching. The feasibility and long-term operational potential of the proposed scheme are demonstrated through the testbed development and evaluation. © 2023 IEEE.
