| Abstract |
The paper deals with creation software for problem solving in public transportation. The authors point out that nowadays the managers need more and more applied AI tools for supporting the decision-making process. This approach is based on dialog process and assumes that for each situation we can assign a solution for it. It is a first attempt to include semantics table in order to create applied artificial intelligence tool based on descriptive similarity. This software is crucial for decision-making process in a group in order to avoid irrational decisions. It is crucial especially for the implementation decisions, when it is needed for comparison of plenty of the existing solutions from other towns where conditions are similar with the town which decisions needed. This software can be implemented in Smart City for Urban Transportation Management. Also proposed software can be used in other area which is related with decision-making process.
