| Abstract |
In this paper, we present a pilot design and development study of a culture application, which can be part of a smart city. The article analyses the pilot study concerning the creation of the Athens Museum Explorer mobile application and highlights the functions of the application, and the techniques, tools, and technologies used to develop the application. In addition, the accessibility aspects of the application are presented, recognizing their importance in ensuring an inclusive user experience. The results of its implementation and the difficulties encountered during the app's implementation are presented. © 2023 IEEE. |
