Abstract In recent years, intelligent technologies such as the Internet of Things, cloud computing, and big data have developed rapidly with the development of computers, and all aspects of people’s lives have gradually become intelligent. The Internet of Things, big data and other technologies are gradually merging with people’s real economy, even national defense and military industry, energy and other aspects. Smart helmets, smart homes, and power transmission tower intelligence are all representative manifestations. It can be seen that intelligence is people’s entry into the future. Indispensable key technology. As an important theoretical and technical support, digital twins have received more and more attention and recognition. The main purpose of this paper is to study the digital twin management of tower networking based on mobile applications, fully analyze the system requirements and design methods of the intelligent transmission tower, and then analyze the digital twin technology. This paper designs the lightweight of the grid geometric model Experiments and fault location experiments of power grid transmission towers. Experiments have proved that the mobile application terminal performance test experiment done in this article has a response time of 0.42 s under the big data stress test of 200 people; and the CPU occupancy rate of the background system is small. At the same time, the memory occupancy rate is also lower than 40%, and the resource occupancy rate is low, all controlled below 40%.
