Abstract	Evolution mechanism of the traditional residential building environment and the information fusion development is studied in this manuscript. The integrated management system based on BIM technology and Internet of Things technology, through application in the related technical fields of construction management and operation and maintenance management, can greatly improve the technical level, improve work efficiency, and overcome many problems in the current single BIM technology application. With respects to this trend, this paper gives the analysis of the integration of the information fusion. The novel models are presented to enhance the overall performance. The experimental results have proven their effectiveness.. © 2020 IEEE.
