| Abstract |
The concept of smart city emphasizes to solve various contradictions in the development of modern city, involving politics, economy, infrastructure, resources, life and transportation, while smart countryside is not only a support for the development but also an extension of smart city. Logistics, as a basic industry for urban and rural development, is crucial to the construction of both cities and villages. In this paper, under the concept of smart city, the entropy weight fuzzy matter-element theory was used to compare Zhengzhou with Luoyang, Wuhan and Hangzhou, to effectively and objectively evaluate the level of smart rural logistics in Zhengzhou, and specific and feasible optimization suggestions were given from four aspects of infrastructure construction, construction of operation subject, digital logistics information platform and operation supervision mode, in order to promote the construction of smart countryside and even smart city in Zhengzhou city. © 2021 IEEE. |
