Abstract This paper presents a systematic approach for retrieving electrical parameters data by utilizing PZEM 004T sensors and ESP8266 microcontrollers, integrated into building systems within power distribution networks. Google Sheets serves as the repository for data storage, while a comprehensive dashboard presents visual representations of the data, facilitating real-time monitoring. The methodology employs descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to identify and analyze patterns and trends, with text analytics significantly enhancing the analysis. This approach enables stakeholders to make well-informed decisions on energy use, optimize usage patterns, and enhance building efficiency, contributing to Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) focused on Prosperity, particularly SDG 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy) and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure). By incorporating Sustainable Infrastructure Planning and Environmental Impact Assessment (T12), this approach ensures that infrastructure development aligns with sustainability principles, minimizing environmental impact and promoting responsible resource management. In conclusion, this method enables the extraction of valuable electrical parameters information, leading to more intelligent and efficient operation and administration of building infrastructure, which is crucial for the development of smart cities and sustainable urban environments © 2024 IEEE.
