Abstract	In the recent decade, the world has become advanced in order to do normal activities and perform any operations through various sensor technologies. The Internet of Things (IoT) has given the opportunity to design systems for connecting anything via the internet. The IoT has also been referred to as 'Machine-to-Machine' or 'Internet of Everything'. Researchers are working hard to build a new framework or model of IoT with artificial intelligence to make more smart cities. That's why every day the number of artificial items or things grows in the AIoT system. In this paper, we have proposed an integrated Blockchain AIoT model to recognizing the person. The proposed solution has been worked on the decentralized blockchain storage which has also explained the specifications and circuit block diagram of the proposed model. The working model has recognized the person with high accuracy in secure manner. © 2022 IEEE.
