| Abstract | Smart apps, a digital setup, smart structures, and an innovative system are all necessary for automated data scheduling and analysis in a digitally advanced world with emerging technologies where the monitoring of human behavior and lifestyle is required. This study attempts to develop ground-breaking software and management framework taking into consideration the human element that supports arranging the upkeep of operational procedures, lowers training expenses, boosts manufacturing output, and establishes a virtual reality for machine smart infrastructure design. The findings from six multinational corporations show the potential for worldwide operational process standardization, which might eventually lead to the creation of intelligent systems with almost zero failure rates that can continually improve. For the purpose of enhancing man–machine communications, the innovative mechanism and solution suggested in this study offer recommendations for choosing the upcoming generation of smart manufacturing and innovative techno-savvy structures, along with the corresponding smart sustenance and training. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. |
