Abstract Paper presents the development of local objects and territories of megacities power supply via improving the quality of regime management and improving the economic performance of the Smart Grid through the wide participation of renewable energy sources (RES) in the city's energy sector. An approach is proposed to formulate the problem of multi-criteria optimization in the management of small distributed energy technologies of the local micro-energy systems for the power supply of Smart City consumers, represented as a multi-agent system (MAS). This makes it possible to formalize the process of integration of heterogeneous target functions into common criteria for certain standard efficiency indexes of the micro-energy system functioning. © 2020 IEEE.
