Abstract With the expansion of the Internet of Things, cloud computing services have changed the horizon of advanced computing technologies. Of late, the enterprise systems have excessively demanded data discovery, greater visibility, social integration, seamless streaming, and web push notification via smart computing devices for modern web applications. It can dynamically alter the web contents across multiple platforms to develop, operate, and maintain web-based applications. It uses multi-access edge computing to meet the computation constraints of web applications. Most of the development enables fiber wireless to offload mobile traffic which may cooperate with enhanced HetNets to limit the capacity of backhaul links. As a result, offloading data and edge computing servers play a significant role to restrict the usage rate of resource-constrained devices, i.e., computation and storage overhead. The existing infrastructure converges IoT and cloud computing to provide a multi-level processing technology. This technological development modernizes the information age to extend the technical support which builds smart cities to analyze digital technologies. In a smart city, the digital processing system can infer the relevant information to offer a reliable service. In order to proliferate the growth rate of a heterogeneous network (HetNet), this chapter addresses the technical issues of call session control function (CSCF). The addressing mechanism builds mobile traffic offloading to analyze the features such as traffic prediction and resource reservation. © Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2021. All rights reserved.
