Abstract With the advancement of smart city, digital twin and 3d china construction, the quality requirements of geographic information products for real 3D construction are getting higher and higher. Uav tilt photogrammetry, as one of the effective means of basic 3D data acquisition, can efficiently obtain multi-perspective image information of ground targets, and then achieve fast real 3D modeling. However, The real tilted 3D model is easily affected by the environmental conditions of uav aerial photography, which leads to the fuzzy deformation of building contour and surface texture. Moreover, the tilt model is a continuous TIN triangular mesh, so important buildings cannot be selected separately. Therefore, In this paper, using the method of model reconstruction of monomer, based on the tilt model, manual line to draw the outline of the outline of the building, the building automatic texture mapping, generated by the single building model, building texture can be controlled manual correction, details of the controllable, so the real 3 d model metope smooth, texture clear, the overall effect is better. © 2021 IEEE.
