| Abstract |
A smart city can be defined as a community in which citizens, businesses and institutions work in a collaborative environment. At a time when the Internet is the most used medium in the world, collaboration in a smart university (SU) is based on collaborative learning (CL) as one of the best practices used to create a practical learning environment for acquire and share knowledge; it is a relevant concept that adopts smart interactions to promote modern methods of collaboration between teams of learners. More specifically, smart interactions may be recommended to refine and ensure learner participation and communication in a learning environment. In this article, we cite key criteria that assess intelligent collaboration and that serve to improve collaboration performance and provide an effective way to create a collaborative learning environment, which mainly based on recommendation, and refers to learner profile and evaluations. © 2020 The Authors. |
