| Abstract |
Cross-borders e-commerce is progressively emerging as one of the primary means of trade between the nations. Due to its traits of high-efficiencies, high-qualities, and low-costs, smart cross-border logistics operation has emerged as a significant element determining the quality of cross-borders e-commerce transactions. Building cross-border e-commerce smart logistics is the main objective for establishing cross-border e-commerce as first smart cities with the themes of the aviations economies. This paper elaborates the significances of utilizing big data technologies in the creation of intelligence logistics, analyzing its critical role not only in advancing the development of cross-borders e-commerce but also throughout the process of the overall transformations and expansion of the national economies. The regional economy is predicted to be led and propelled towards sustainable growth in the future by the smart logistics building strategy, which is intended to offer ideas and assist in making ongoing improvements. © 2023 IEEE. |
